Isandhlwana Investments is a commercial and residential property developer based in the Western Cape. We specialise in the financing, design, construction and letting and management of commercial offices, retail and warehousing to customer requirements.
If we could summarise our company's goal, We'd have to say that we strive to deliver service in an industry not known to deliver such a thing.
We are not just property developers, but business partners, assisting our customers from the point of securing finance, forming a legal entity into which to purchase their property, handling all legal and SARS impacts, developing and customizing the property, right down to assisting customers find the right tenant for their property if required. Basically a 'one-stop-shop' from 'end-to-end'.

Red Square
1606 m2 of service industrial space was completed on 31 August 2009 at the height of the recession. The development which is situated down Lekkerwater Road in Noordhoek was fully let within six months.

The Potters Workshop
410 m2 of light industrial space for the manufacture of fine pottery was recently completed at Capricorn Park in Muizenberg to the customer requirements... ON TIME... much to the delight of the owner, Chris Silverston.
Chris had the following to say about us:

Just Foods
530 m2 of service industrial space for the packaging and distribution of food products was let under a 5 year lease to Just Foods who are currently based in Kommetjie.
The new premises, currently under construction, is situated on Lekkerwater Road in Noordhoek will be ready for occupation on 01 August 2009.
